    1. Community Connections application for Learning Initiatives for $1500
    2. Consumer Conference motion for $550 for subsidizing ½ registration fee for 10 advocates confirmed. Motion “Rick Lynch asked LAIRD District council for a subsidy to support clients wishing to attend the Consumer Conference June 9-11, 2004 – Rick Makes a motion to request $550.00 to subsidize 10 clients to attend the Consumer Conference June 9-11, 2004 and LAIRD would decide which clients will be picked.  Seconded by Harvie.  All in favor. Motion passed”
