MISSION STATEMENT To provide opportunities in the LAIRD District to come together, to learn, build, grow, and achieve common goals in a community that includes everyone. LAIRD STANDS FOR LAIRD stands for LACOMBE INNISFAIL RED DEER and is one of many District Councils in the Persons with Developmental Disabilities Central Alberta Community Board. INTRODUCTION TO LAIRD LAIRD is a network made up of families, guardians, community agencies and organizations, self-advocates and any others interested. LAIRD’s membership includes but is not limited to Lacombe and county, Red Deer and county, and Innsifail.
