Meetings: Agendas and Minutes

The Rosebud community Inclusions Council adheres to the following:

  • minimum of 10 monthly meetings.
  • location: PDD Board Room, unless otherwise booked.
  • duration: 9:30 am - 12:00 noon.
  • to meet on the 3rd Thursday of each month.

Decision Making: Primary members responsible to come to consensus.

Quorum: 50% of voting members (primary or delegates only.)

Voting Regulations:

  • agencies have one vote each AFSS has a maximum of two votes guardians have one vote per family (primary members). public Guardian representative abstains from voting.

Minutes

  • minutes to be kept of each meeting.
  • minutes to be distributed to those in attendance and those requesting minutes.
  • minutes shall be reviewed and adopted at each meeting.

Agenda

  • agenda prepared by Chairperson.
  • agenda items must be submitted through Chairperson.
  • all committee members will have the ability to place items on the agenda.
  • items carried forward will be identified at the end of each meeting, starting the next meeting agenda.
