• geographical area is the County of Mountain View for living in, receiving service, and delivery of services.
• primary membership (15 individuals).
• include parents/guardians, agency representatives, AFSS representatives, consumers, advocates and other interested persons as determined by council.
• any new agency within the area shall be approached regarding primary membership.

Primary Membership Responsibilities

• membership should have the time and resources to commit to council.
• membership should be prepared to share ideas in a discussion period open to all members.
• membership should be prepared to sit on committees as required.

• Agency Representatives: Padnoma Support Services, Olds Association for Community Living, Accredited Supports to the Community, Regional Living Skills Association
• 1 public Guardian Representative
• 1 consumer Representative
• AFSS Representative
• 6-8 Parent /Guardian Representatives

Associate Members - may be considered as needed and may include government departments, business groups, community organizations, etc. Selection and participation of associate members shall be determined by the primary members on an annual basis or as needed.
