Rosebud Community Inclusion Council Meeting Minutes

Discussion: To offcially disband Rosebud District Council

Should Rosebud District Council dissolve due to the lack of commitment from its members? Give a letter to all members and see if Rosebud District Council should dissolve or not. Bring this information to next meeting.

PDD Newsletter

-Discussed the article about Melodie Scoville presenting Banner with a Regional Recognition Award.

-The newsletter did not spell Melodie's name correct.

-Call PDD and have them print a correction in the next newsletter.

Workshop

Discussed the possibility of bringing Dr. Jason Dewling to do a workshop in Olds. See if he will do the same workshop as the one he put on in Hanna and Drumheller on November 20-21, 2007.

Ron's Report

Ron presented Council with an invoice and provided an update on the Rosebud website. Uploading the minutes has to go through CIRS in Red Deer through email. Ron cannot upload the minutes directly due to security risks. Ron prsented Council with alternate hosting sites that allow for direct uploading to the website.
