General Information - When the Family Support for Children with Disabilities Act is proclaimed in the summer of 2004, it will be legislation that is unique in Canada. The Act originated from what was heard during the year-and-a-half long review of Alberta's Child Welfare Act.

The Tetra Society of North America is a non-profit organization that creates specialized devices to help individuals living with a disability or limitation overcome barriers to their mobility, living environment, work environment or leisure activities. Our skilled volunteers will design, develop and build a device to suit your individual situation.
